We start by mapping out how people want to live and then offer them custom made housing solutions with various apartments and communities. After pre surveys we invite potential communities to a common apartment viewing and if it’s a match, the next step is moving into a new home.
Village is also a service for apartment owners.
We help to find and gather the best tenants and take the full responsibility of rent payments by acting as the main tenant. In addition we help with pricing arrangements as well as setting up marketing material and rental agreements.
