What are the researchers doing anyway?
Food is a hot topic today. Chefs have a huge influence when it comes to food. Why don’t farmers or researchers? Ground and Growth aims to develop agriculture in a culturally and ecologically sustainable way. The key is to create ways for open communication. We will bring together the consumers, researchers, agricultural stakeholders and, of course, the farmers, who will be the future rock stars. Let’s discuss the future of food! The project has been selected to Helsinki Challenge finals.
