1 Keep your diet varied with a focus on vegetarian ingredients.
2 Increase the portion of vegetables, fruit, berries, vegetable proteins and whole-wheat products in your diet. This step alone reduces your diet’s environmental consumption with 20 to 30 percent!
3 Don’t throw away food. Food waste is a big and completely preventable environmental load for our planet. Food that ends up in the trash was produced unnecessarily.
