Our relationship with nature is becoming distant. We are constantly online and surrounded by people. We lose ourselves – thus it is time for discovery. The latest works of the Reality Research Center are ritualistic hiking performances The Seer and The Wanderer. In these performances, the stage is Lapland nature and the main role is played by the spectator himself.
You can choose your ritualistic hiking performance from 3-day The Seer and 9-day The Wanderer. The ritualistic structure of The Wanderer and The Seer are realized in the form of letters that you will open daily to find instructions for the day’s suggested assignment. Besides the letters, the only things you may to bring along are hiking gear and belongings that are necessary for survival. What kind of experiences will you have, when you play your part in the performance opposite your own consciousness and the surrounding wilderness?
