In a 4H-hobby the child and the adolescent grow towards a responsible and enterptising adulthood. One learns by oneself in the action, that tries to take different stages of development into account. In the 4H clubs one learns hands-on knowledge and skills and is supported by a trained instructor. Work life courses deepen the skills. The youth can set up their own 4H-company, supported by a enterprise instructor. In the activities one gets readiness for entrepreneurship and work life.
