Climate crisis is forcing us to change our customary habits, which can actually be a turn to better especially when we look at human rights. Especially tomato industry has recently faced a lot of allegations of terrible human rights abuses. Luckily there are better options for watery, tasteless and unethically produced supermarket tomatoes.

Remarkably tasty NAMS tomatoes are grown sustainably in Pori, so they are truly local food. The secret of the unexceptional taste is that the tomatoes are allowed to grow a much longer time than usually. Each tomato is picked and sorted by hand – and these hands are paid equally well. Thanks to latest technology, the heating and watering of NAMS greenhouse is 100 % renewable, which really makes the greatest difference in a big picture.
