What do we know about materials?
Which one is better, copper or steel? What are the differences between plastic types and how to use wood ecologically? What defines an ecologically produced piece of clothing? To answer these questions, Måndag organised a seminar for the 2014 Helsinki Design Week. The Miinus Day was an event where people could explore different materials and especially their ecological aspects. The seminar panelists offered expertise from a variety of fields from fashion designers to architects. The event draw crowd from various backgrounds creating a unique opportunity to network and build on new ideas.
