How are the future’s foodways produced safely?
How are the foodways of the future produced safely? What is on our plates in 2050? And where will the food be produced and processed? These and many other interesting questions were considered in Sitra´s New Security -forum. Måndag created content to support the theme. We made a video series where we talked about food in many aspects such as: what is the food like in 2050, the ethics and sustainability of food, the entrepreneurship around food, the grocery basket of the future and the importance of cooking together with our children.
